President of Ukraine's Grant 

I led the independent project “Esthetic Development of Orphan Children’s Identities” under the President’s Grant of Ukraine. This year-long initiative combined educational and artistic activities to nurture creativity and personal growth among orphaned children.

Key achievements and responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Managed a team of five collaborators to design and implement the project’s activities.

• Event Organization: Organized events for over 40 children, including creative workshops and educational sessions.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinated with numerous organizations, including the Opera Theater, Opera Studio, and National Music Academy, to create enriching opportunities for the children.

• Scientific Editing: Served as the scientific editor for a journal that published the project’s outcomes, showcasing its impact and methodologies.
